Let every family member write something kind about the others

Most of the times, we just take our housemates for granted. After all, we are so used to having them around and spending time with them that we sometimes forget to tell them how proud we are of them and why we like them.
When was the last time you said this? If it hasn’t been that long, you’re doing a great job. We all like to hear nice things! But if it’s been a while, I hope today’s tip will motivate you.
Tip for today
Let each roommate write something sweet about the others and pass the note around. Writing is often much easier than saying face-to-face and it lasts longer. Positive energy assured!
You can do it very simply on a loose piece of paper. Or you can do it like we used to do as a child among friends. You wrote something on a piece of paper about a certain person. That same sheet was passed on and the next one also wrote something on it. In time you had your personal sheet full of compliments.
It gives you a good feeling to write something sweet about the other person and it’s great fun to read the compliments you got (and save them for when you’re in a dip).
I give you an empty template that you can use to write down your kind words. The person for whom it is, can afterwards use it as a placemat for breakfast. Then they start the day with a smile!
