Wisdom from a sweet little book

Today no film or long text as inspiration. Just a beautiful quote by Charlie Mackesy, the writer of ‘The boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse’

This sweet book came to me by accident. It was in the package of an online order I received.  I did not order it, it was not on the packing slip, nor on my invoice. No mention of a free gift or bonus. It was clearly a mistake, but I was allowed to keep it.

I guess that’s the way it has to be.
It’s a beautiful story with fine drawings about friendship, love and being yourself. On every page there is great wisdoms, which you can relate to. Flipping through its pages makes me happy.

I hope I can inspire you too.

The book is originally written in English and beautifully translated by Arthur Japin in Dutch. It’s a real treasure to have!
