Help someone new at work find their way

Starting at a new job can be quite scary.
I always found the first few months terrible: you want to ask so many questions (and you don’t always dare to), you are uncertain, you are not familiar with the  ‘internal rules’ yet and you are frightened of doing something wrong or not fitting in the place.

It is so nice to know that there is someone you can turn to and who will help you (that is not your boss).

Reassure new colleagues and help them find their way, even though it may not be in your jobdescription.
