We came home late Sunday night after a wonderful holiday. Because the return journey took longer than expected, we had no time to catch up on groceries. So with an empty fridge and nothing else fresh, I was doomed to have some dry biscuits for breakfast.
Monday morning the doorbell rang. I was just in time to see our neighbor walking away. She had left a basket with a delicious fresh breakfast. That gesture made my day and put a big smile on my face!
Tip for today
Do you know anyone who’s coming back from vacation? Get them a fresh first meal back home.
Psychology Today claimed that Ernie from Sesame Street has a form of ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), while Bert has OCPD (Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder).
It does not matter at all, I just love these 2 guys. They always make me smile.
