Drop off a basket with treats and toast virtually on New Year’s Eve

For most of us, New Year’s Eve will be a lot less ‘exuberant’ this year. No big parties or dinners, no fireworks, no hugging your friends.

Tip for today
Suggest to your friend to toast virtually and drop a basket with treats for the toast on their front door:  a bottle of Bubbles  & some snacks. Don’t forget to add a card with your New Year’s wishes  and an invitation to virtually toast together at a specific time. (you can use the cards from our previous blogpost)

In that way,  you create a New Year’s Eve atmosphere. I am sure it will give your friends a big Smile.

I suspect it will be rather difficult to toast all together at 12:00. Therefore it might be a good idea to toast when the clock strikes 12 in another country.

You can toast with your parents to New Year’s Eve in New Zealand, with your colleagues to New Year’s Eve in Australia, with your cousins, aunt and uncles to New Year’s Eve in Japan, with your friends to New Year’s Eve in Pakistan and with your bubble at home to New Year’s Eve in Belgium (if you get there ;-)).
