Driving frequently brings out the discourtesy in even the nicest people. But, it doesn’t have to be that way. You can stay friendly even if a very frustrated driver who wants to cut your way.

I always think: maybe they are that impatient because they to pick up their children and are already way too late, maybe they feel sick and need a bathroom urgently, maybe the alarm in their home has gone off…
