Lately, I’ve been seeing more and more kind messages written in chalk on the sidewalk. 
And I wonder: have these people read our tips? Or are there just more and more people who want to spread positive vibes?
Oh, I really hope so, because it really gives you a mini happiness boost when you see this. A small act of kindness that gives an instant smile on your face.
Tip for today
Write in chalk a positive message on the sidewalk. Even if it’s just an ordinary “Good morning”, “Have a nice day”, “Everything will be all right” or a Smiley!
Am I responsible for the cleanliness of the footpath?
If local police regulations stipulate so, yes. Those regulations will also state exactly what you have to do. That can range from keeping the footpath clean, over weeding weeds to clearing snow.
Can my daughter (or myself ;-)) make drawings on the sidewalk?
No problem. You can draw as much as you want. Provided the drawing is not permanent. So get that chalk, it will be washed away at the first shower.
