Now that we pay more with our cards, we need less and less cash. So there are fewer coins in our wallets. And that might be tricky when you need a shopping cart.
‘When I go shopping, I come prepared!’, I thought. So there’s always a stash of coins in my car, specifically for the shopping cart. I feel very smart!
And yet it happens all the time that I arrive at the cart stall without a coin… bummer.
Tip for today
Leave your coin in the supermarket cart for the next shopper. Chances are they will be relieved to find it!
It might be a good idea to put a small note on the child’s seat of the cart, to let people know it’s a gift. That feels good!
I may forget my coins in the car, but this attribute I do have mostly with me….
