be mindfull and enjoy your shower
Your daily shower is the perfect time to find some peace. Showering is good for your physical and mental health,  especially if you do so consciously. For me, showering is also a moment of gratitude: it’s so great that we just have to open the tap and let warm or cold water flow over us. But this gratitude does not have to take hours: cutting a minute off your shower can save seven liters of water every time (bron: WWF)
