Bring children’s book to the children’s hospital

If you’ve ever had your child hospitalized for an extended period of time, you know that any distraction is a very welcome change for them.

When my son Arthur had to stay with a burst appendix and then complications a few weeks later, he was happy that he could go to the Children’s playroom. Unfortunately, the toys there were very worn and there were only few (fun) books for children.

From then on I regularly brought our read children’s books there.

Tip for today
Need inspiration what to do with your old children’s books? Ask the hospital in your area if they can do something with it.

This nurse goes all the way to give the children in his hospital a smile :-).
