Ask elderly to tell about their youth

A couple of days ago, there was a tip to visit an elderly. You can combine it with this tip.
Every time I asked Willy, my uncle aged 88, about his youth, his eyes started to twinkle. He forgot completely what he had for lunch that day, but would passionately tell stories about his childhood.
We don’t ask our elders nearly enough about their lives. And that’s a pity because it is fun to learn how different live was years ago.
Tip for today:
Ask an elderly questions about their youth.
Research has shown that reminiscing can help reduce symptoms of depression and improve self-esteem and life satisfaction.
