Thank the call center agent


Most of us, when being called by a callcenter, react oftentimes (too) short, not even trying to hide our irritation.
It must feel awful though, getting all these unpleasant reactions, while desperately trying to do a good job.
Tip for today
Next time you get a call, thank the callcenter agent. And while you’re at it, why not give them a compliment?
If you are not interested, off course you can make that clear. But thank them for doing a good job. Or compliment them on their nice voice. And don’t forget to wish them a day full of smiles!

And smiling is a key factor in our non-verbal communication.
Smiling during a phone call changes the tone of your voice because you tighten certain muscles in your face. Whoever gets the call is guaranteed to hear this and will be more open to your message.
