Share you good experiences with suppliers

Last weekend , it was ‘The weekend of the customer’.

I got lots of presents: cookies in the department store, a cutting knife at the farmers market, a meat thermometer at the butcher’s, a pizza cutter in the Italian restaurant and a skin freshener at the beauty parlor. That made me smile 🙂

I get the feeling that these days most companies do their utmost best to give their customers the best service.  Unfortunately we do not always acknowledge this.

On the contrary a lot of people don’t even take a second’s breath before posting online about that time the support rep was absolutely horrible to them. Yet they don’t  ‘t even consider posting good service experiences to the same social network.
