Keep a wish list for your loved ones

Keep a wish lists for loved ones

I know, we still have a few months to tick off before the gift season.
Nevertheless it’s a good idea to start now putting together wish lists for all your loved ones.
Moreover, it will be less obvious if you start now probing for their wishes. Much better than trying to figure it out on the day before or for lack of good ideas buying another voucher.

I got this inspiration from my sister-in-law who gave me a present I had been secretly hoping for  for a long time, but had never expressed. What turned out to be? Apparently I had once dropped this and she had marked it  in her smartphone immediately!

Tip for today:
Start with wish lists for your loved ones. Every time you hear a wish, add it to the list. This way, you can give a present that will make the recipient smile genuinely.

(Free) Online wishlists

An old-fashioned wish list on paper has its charm. But for the buyer it is sometimes difficult to know which would be that specific ‘beautiful brown handbag’ on you list.

Better is a digital wish list which you can immediately link to the right product and even directly to the webshop. This makes shopping easy.

Make a wish list

You find some options here:

  1. Google sheets – share your own list with others.
  2. Pinterest – Create a Pinterest board with all your ideas and give others access to this list.
  3. Lijstje.nl, mijnverlanglijst.eu, wishlistr.com – typical online wishlists.
  4. Dreamlist.com – you can add non-physical products (like your piggy bank or maybe a voucher to cook with the whole family).
  5. Large webshops such as bol.com or amazon.de/amazon.co.uk have their own wish lists.
