Infect someone with your smile

June 15 is SMILE POWER DAY
Your smile is contagious. When you smile to someone, this person will probably return that smile.
Your smile is powerful.
When we smile we trigger our own autonomic nervous system, which releases endorphins into our blood, to trigger a happy hormone.
That being said, smiling at someone else, offers a chance for them too to feel that same happy hormone.
It’s a win/win situation isn’t it?
Tip for today
Smile, smile, smile. At friends, at family and at strangers.
It’s good for your immune system, it’s good for your health, it releases stress. Smiling attracts the opposite sex and radiates warmth to others. And it will bring a little cheer to this Monday.
So when you’re that person who starts a chain of smiles today, be proud knowing you have created a little bit of worldly joy!
This contagious fragment was send to me by a friend.
Gonzales (a division of Serviceplan Benelux) created this as a local market stunt in the Antwerp metro for the Belgian “choose happiness” campaign of The Coca-Cola Company. Watch the clip and join the smiles!
