Celebrate a small win each day


Scientists now have a pretty good idea of what happy looks like in your brain. The good news is, that they have proven, without a doubt, that you can take control of your brain and hack into your happy neurochemicals.
Simply put, there are many little things you can do every day that give your brain a boost of feel-good chemicals.
For example every time your brain feels that you achieved something positive, dopamine is released and makes you feel good.
So break big goals/tasks down into little, easy to reach pieces and aknowledge each small win (rather than only when we’ve hit the big finish), you will feel so much happier!

Give your dopamine a boost and create a smile on your face by celebrating small wins.
Don’t forget it’s crucial to actually celebrate – drink a glass of your favourite drink, allow yourself to relax or give yourself a pat on the back whenever you meet a small goal.
