Tell somebody they are beautiful

You’re beautiful. 

These three little words can carry a lot of meaning. It does something to you when people say you are beautiful. You can see this in the experiment in the clip below, recorded in Brussels (Belgium).

Our society is so obsessed with appearance that positive comments about appearance can seem more flattering than positive compliments about any other aspect of us.

But thinking and calling someone beautiful is not just about their physical appearance. Somebody is beautiful not because they are pretty or have the perfectly shaped  body.  Beauty also shows itself in kindness,  uniqueness, sparkling enthusiasm, happiness, truthfulness, ….
