Buy food from a local CSA for better health

CSA = Community Supported Agriculture
It is a farm where you can pick, harvest or simply collect fruit, vegetables and animal products. Everything is grown on an ecological and small scale.

Thanks to the biodiversity of the soil and the love the farmer puts personally in his works, these produce are much healthier and taste better than vegetables that are industrially cultivated in large farms (and that you buy in most grocery stores).
If you do eat vegetables, why not chose for maximum results?

Tip for today

How does it work?

  • You make an advance payment,  this gives the farmer security of livelihood.
  • Every week you receive a wide variety of fruit and vegetables (and sometimes even fresh flowers). You can (if you wish) harvest your own fruits and vegetables directly in the field. But you don’t have to. You can also just pick up your package.
  • Every day you eat delicious,  and fresh products straight from the land.
  • It will give you a smile because it taste better and you help ensure the survival of sustainable, local agriculture.

I loved to go pick up my package of fresh harvested produce every week. Except that one time I got stuck in the mud in the middle of a field, on a stormy winter evening ;-)…
