Water the flowers or the lawn for your neighbours

Two years ago we had built ourselves a DIY irrigation system with inverted plastic bottles, to be sure that our flower pots on the terrace would get enough water during our vacation.

Unfortunately, upon our return, all that was left was a bunch of pathetic and half-dead plants waiting for us. Our watering idea had not been enough to survive the heat wave.

Last year, we did things differently. Our plants went to stay with our neighbours: they could take immediate action in dry weather.

I assure you: it was a much happier homecoming than the year before: our flowers bloomed more abundantly than ever!
