Men need a minimum of two guys’ nights a week to maintain good health – according to U.K. psychologist. Robin Dunbar, director of Oxford University’s social and evolutionary neuroscience research group.
He is very specific. Men must physically meet with four friends twice a week to reap the benefits (It reduces stress, boosts immune systems, fights depression and prolongs life).
Women can benefit from this too. The regular boys night out will make your man happier, more relaxed and balanced – ensuring a more pleasing and positive partner around you.
By the way there is also evidence that girls night out is equally beneficial for women!
