I know that many of you are thinking when I give you this kind of tips ‘this is too much, Caroline lost it… ‘. Just like with the tip of leaving a present somewhere on the street,<\/a> or hanging a kind note on a parked bike<\/a>. But I promise you: once you try this out, it will feel wonderful!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tip for today
<\/strong>Buy 5 flowers (or 5 small bouquets) and hand them out.<\/p>\n

I had bought 5 separately wrapped flowers. I waited outside the supermarket to give them to the first 5 people who came out.\u00a0 That felt pretty exciting, who would it be: a man, a woman? Who would put my flowers in a vase at home?\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"giveSeeing the different reactions was interesting. Some looked at me skeptically, waiting for the pitch. When I said there is no pitch, that I just wanted to do something kind, \u00a0I caught a (half) smile. Some others were just happy right away<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

There was a lady who had tears in her eyes. She said that I could not imagine how much she needed this gesture on that moment.<\/p>\n

Ik had 5 – apart verpakte – bloemen gekocht. Ik vatte post aan de supermarkt om daar mijn bloemen te geven aan de eerste 5 mensen die buiten kwamen. Dat was best wel spannend, wie zou er buiten wandelen: een man, een vrouw? Wie zou de bloemen thuis in een vaasje zetten?\u00a0<\/p>\n
