We (almost) never eat “processed” food. We buy as much fresh as possible, and preferably at the farmers’ market. Fruits and vegetables, grown on a small scale, are much healthier thanks to the biodiversity in the soil and the short chain directly from the farmer<\/strong>.<\/p>

I don’t know if it’s psychological, but fruits and vegetables from the market taste much better.<\/strong> And if you do eat vegetables, you might as well eat the healthiest version of them.<\/p>

So I don’t want to miss my weekly trip to the farmer’s market. When the sun shines it’s a real treat for me: shopping in the open air, an abundance of color and smell of all the fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers …. And everyone always seems to be in a good mood, there’s a great atmosphere<\/strong>!<\/p>
