And I mean, really hungry? \u00a0Maybe because of an unexpected heavy traffic, a bad eating plan or just forgot you had to eat?\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>If this happens to me, the following \u00a0scenario unrolls:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>I drink all the water I have in my car, hoping that this will satisfy my hunger.<\/li><li>Because I drank it all too fast, I get nauseous.<\/li><li>I try NOT to think of food.<\/li><li>All I can think of, is food<\/li><li>I&#8217;m getting &#8216;hangry<\/li><li>I stop at the first gas station and buy 2 chocolate bars (Mars &amp; Bounty or Twix)<\/li><li>I intent to eat one and keep the other for later. I end up eating both.<\/li><li>I feel even more nauseous, more angry and frustrated.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>What was the solution?<\/strong><\/p><p>Hiding a hungry ration, both in my handbag and in my glove compartment.<\/p><p>This gives me a sense of calm &#8211; I am &#8216;provided&#8217; when needed.
