Have you ever found yourself waiting at the checkout line with only one item and the person in front of you has a full cart?
That happened to me not too long ago. The young woman in front of me, with a full cart, said to me: “go ahead of me”
This simple gesture from a stranger, made my day.
Tip for today
The next time you are waiting in line, let someone go first.
When they ask you “why?” Just say, “I felt like doing something sweet today.” You’re guaranteed to get a smile that makes up for those 5 minutes extra waiting time.
